Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
• "Virtual Assistant" refers to FreedUp Assistance, providing virtual assistance services.
• "Client" refers to the person or entity receiving virtual assistant services from FreedUp Assistance.
2. Services
• FreedUp Assistance agrees to provide virtual assistant services as specified in the agreement between the parties.
3. Payment
• Clients shall pay FreedUp Assistance the agreed-upon fees in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement.
• Invoices shall be issued by FreedUp Assistance for services rendered and shall be paid by the Client within the agreed-upon timeframe.
4. Confidentiality
• FreedUp Assistance agrees to keep all information provided by the Client confidential.
• The Client agrees not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information about FreedUp Assistance.
5. Termination
• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for services rendered up to the date of termination.
6. Intellectual Property
• Any work product created by FreedUp Assistance during the provision of services shall remain the property of the Client.
7. Liability
• FreedUp Assistance is not responsible for any loss, damage, or consequential loss incurred by the Client.
• The total liability of FreedUp Assistance is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the services rendered.
8. Indemnification
• The Client shall indemnify FreedUp Assistance against any claims, damages, or losses arising out of the use of the services provided.
9. Governing Law
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Your Jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
• FreedUp Assistance reserves the right to change these terms and conditions with prior notice to the Client.
11. Entire Agreement
• This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between FreedUp Assistance and the Client, and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.
